Nestled in a twelve acre Sussex country estate and set within wonderful gardens, introducing Sussex Farm Retreat. An exclusive collection of stunning, unique accommodation including a complex of beautifully converted barns, historic Grade II Listed farmhouse, eco-lodge tree houses, huts, cottage and outbuildings.

Company retreat guests can dine together in the splendour of the lounge barn, enjoy the cinema barn, games barn and sauna within the grounds or take a stroll through the surrounding woodland and open countryside. Although capacity is greater, occupancy is limited to a maximum of 32 guests providing flexibility and space in overnight accommodation. Single occupancy for 18 guests.

Accommodation is split between 9 properties:

Farmhouse (5 bedrooms)
- Sleeps up to 10.
- Farmhouse kitchen with Aga.
- 3 Reception rooms with open fire and large, open plan dining.
- 3 Bathrooms plus cloakroom.
- Private parking

Converted Barns (4 bedrooms in Stable Cottage, Grain Store, Cow Shed).

- Large Barn for lounge dining up to 32.
- Cow Shed (2 Ensuite Bedrooms)
- Stable Cottage (Living, Dining & Kitchen, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom).
- Grain Store (Living, Dining & Kitchen, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom with shower).

Cottage (2 Bedrooms).
- Sleeps 2 Single Occupancy
- 2 bedrooms
- Private gated entrance and parking

Tree Houses (2 bedrooms)
- Two-bed Grand Eco-Lodge, 2-4 guests.
- Two one-bed lodges, 2 guests in each.
- Nestled in an ancient tree line with uninterrupted valley views.
- Studio space with Queen size double bed, comfy seating and dining area.
- Fully equipped kitchen and wet room.

Shepherd Huts & Hay Barn (2 bedrooms)
- Two shepherd huts with log burners
- Double bed, comfy seating, dining area, shower room and fully equipped kitchen.

Central Barn
-Lounge dining
- Space for workshops and meetings
- Farmhouse reception and dining rooms
