Sussex Manor House is a secluded 30-acre private estate in the Low Weald in East Sussex, surrounded by ancient woods and farmland, 50 miles from central London and with excellent rail connections from London Victoria & Gatwick. The sea is 10 miles away, the beautiful South Downs are within sight and Brighton is 16 miles.

Our 4 houses are up a long private drive and together they sleep up to 45 people. Sussex Manor House is a pre-Tudor home with many old and original features on 3 floors (sleeps up to 20), and very close by are our 3 other houses – our Edwardian Wing (sleeps up to 6), our old Sussex House (sleeps up to 12), and Tudor View (sleeps up to 6). The houses are surrounded by quite extensive gardens, lawns and parkland, and they have extensive views across the countryside. The facilities include a quite large heated indoor Swimming Pool, a Jacuzzi + Sauna, a hard Tennis Court and ample parking. 3 of the house have super-fast Broadband Wi-Fi connections.

All the houses are well heated and have fully equipped kitchens. The Manor House panelled Dining room can seat up to 28 people at tables, and up to 40 on chairs only. Outside there is a huge sheltered lawn for open-air meetings or activities. Additionally we have 2 Marquees with tables, chairs, etc. for hire. Each one can seat up to 60 people at tables for outside dining or corporate meetings, etc. Catering suggestions on request.

Above all Sussex Manor House is a well-maintained charming and peaceful family home with many up-to-date facilities, and all the houses fully comply with fire, electrical and all other safety regulations.

Booking fee: £200 (non-refundable)

Booking process: 35% deposit while your balance will be due 90 days before arrival date.

Security Deposit: £1,000 (Refundable after the event)
